- Grab a chicken.....I'm a bit fussy and always use organic free range.
- Butterfly chicken
- Inject the breast and thigh with melted butter and dry ginger ale infused together with some salt (microwave)
- Rub with about 4 tablespoons of Wyld Smoke Dusty's blend
- Had this one in a vertical gas smoker at 260f over Apple wood chips
- Cook until internal temp hits 165f...
- Take it off and rest for 10 mins......and
- BEHOLD THE GLORIOUS FOWL....Carve away!
