  1. Grab a chicken.....I'm a bit fussy and always use organic free range.
  2. Butterfly chicken
  3. Inject the breast and thigh with melted butter and dry ginger ale infused together with some salt (microwave)
  4. Rub with about 4 tablespoons of Wyld Smoke Dusty's blend
  5. Had this one in a vertical gas smoker at 260f over Apple wood chips
  6. Cook until internal temp hits 165f...
  7. Take it off and rest for 10 mins......and
  8. BEHOLD THE GLORIOUS FOWL....Carve away!
