  1. Get the BBQ up to about 220C
  2. Take bag of baby spuds and make cuts about 5mm apart making sure not to cut to the bottom
  3. Put on a tray cuts facing up and brush liberally with melted butter
  4. Sprinkle some Wyld Smoke rib rub over
  5. Put in the BBQ for 35 mins and remove
  6. Re-coat with butter, and your choice of cheese (we've used Parmesan), and back on the BBQ for another 30mins or until the edges are really crunchy
  7. Serve with your favorite BBQ - had pulled pork with this AWESOME!
