Method
- Get the BBQ up to about 220C
- Take bag of baby spuds and make cuts about 5mm apart making sure not to cut to the bottom
- Put on a tray cuts facing up and brush liberally with melted butter
- Sprinkle some Wyld Smoke rib rub over
- Put in the BBQ for 35 mins and remove
- Re-coat with butter, and your choice of cheese (we've used Parmesan), and back on the BBQ for another 30mins or until the edges are really crunchy
- Serve with your favorite BBQ - had pulled pork with this AWESOME!
