Suggested uses
The Churrasco Rub is perfect for the low and slow BBQ obsession. Its texture and flavour are perfect on beef, lamb and even pork. A great rub to finish off beef short ribs, or even rubbed liberally on your favourite steak.
Smoke matches
It matches well with mesquite or cherry wood when smoked, or soak some hickory chips in red wine.
