Smokehouse Rub - Lamb

Method

2 to 3 tablespoons of rub should be enough for an average shoulder. Rub it down and let it sit for 10 minutes, the cook in the oven or BBQ on a low heat at around 230f until internal temp hits 190f.

Take it off and rest for 20 mins. Dig in & Enjoy
