1. Pre-heat oven to 105c
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs
  3. trim any excess fat
  4. Rub down with a good helping of Wyld Smoke Smokehouse Rub
  5. Place ribs on a rack over a tray containing water (for moisture)
  6. Let them go for about 7 hours or until the internal temp is 160f, then give it a brush down with your favourite BBQ sauce. We've used Gilly's Hickory sauce
  7. Let them go for a few more hours or until the internal temp is 195f
  8. remove, rest and carve.......enjoy (hint, we brushed the carved ribs with sauce and sprinkled with a little smokehouse rub)
